- Upload the full paper in PDF format
- Select the appropriate conference track
- Confirm originality statement
Submission Requirements
Before submitting, please ensure:
- • Paper follows official template
- • Maximum 6–8 pages
- • Written in English
- • Double-blind format (no author identity in manuscript)
- • Similarity index within acceptable threshold
- • Topic aligned with one of the 4 conference tracks

Review Process
PROSIGHT 2026 implements a structured peer-review system:
Step 1 – Initial Screening
- • Scope Alignment Check
- • Format Compliance Check
- • Similarity Screening
Step 2 – Double-Blind Peer Review
- • Minimum 2 independent reviewers
- • Evaluation based on originality, relevance, clarity, and contribution
Step 3 – Decision
✓ Accepted
✓ Accepted with Minor Revision
⚠ Accepted with Major Revision
✗ Rejected
Authors will receive detailed reviewer comments.
After Acceptance
If your paper is accepted:
- Submit Camera-Ready Version
- Complete copyright form
- Register as Presenter (mandatory)
- Prepare presentation slides
- Present during assigned session (onsite or virtual)
⚠️ Papers will only be included in the proceedings if:
- • Presented at the conference
- • Presenter registration is completed
